Archeologists John Agar, Hugh Beaumont, and Nestor Paiva discover an underground race who shun light and keep mutants as slaves. Worshipped as gods because of 'magic cylinders' that produce light (standard flashlights) they soon discover the Mole People. Excellent sets and costumes.
