The Phantom from 10,000 Leagues was directed by Dan Milner, and produced by Dan and Jack Milner. The stars are Kent Taylor, Cathy Downs and Michael Whalen. Two government agents find a fisherman’s body on the beach. One agent tries to get a sample of a radioactive rock in the sea, but the monster attacks him.
